Membership Information

An organization can apply to join CONE by sending an initial letter of support for CONE to the CONE office. Applications from organizations to become members are reviewed by the CONE Board of Directors. Once accepted, there is an annual membership fee which depends on the size of the organization.

An individual may join CONE by filling out the form below. There is an annual membership fee of $25 for seniors and students, $40 for families, and $35 for other individuals. For payment options, please visit Support CONE.
